LAKE GASTON VENTURES is a group of companies engaged in developing residential and commercial property in the Lake Gaston area.  LG Ventures, LLC was formed in 2004 specializing in developing residential properties. One year later LGV Partnership, LLC joined in with a silent partner and created its first joint venture. Early in 2006 LGV Holdings, LLC acquired three parcels near the Food Lion Shopping Center for commercial development.
