Whitby Place Office & Retail Suites offer solutions for the small business owner with office and retail space at Lake Gaston.

If your needs are for a working office space, private office or point of contact for your customers there are a total of six office units ranging from 250 SF to 380 SF. These units will accommodate a desk, filing cabinets, conference table or office furniture such as a couch and chairs. These office units will be fully up fitted including a bathroom and ready to move in. Amenities will include parking spaces, exterior maintenance, security lighting, prewired for telephone, internet access and a building security system. Just enough space for that intimate office setting.

Larger retail units are also available for the small business owner. Six units containing 1,400 SF will be available. These units will need to be up fitted by the lessee at their own expense. Developer will provide a shell, interior partitions and basic utilities. Space for parking, exterior maintenance, security lighting and access to all utilities are included.
